It's hard to dispute that all of our new Dodge models are some gorgeous rides with incredible power and, well, are just fun to drive. It seems drivers agree as well, as the automotive research group AutoPacific did a little work and honored the 2013 Challenger with the Best-In-Class Vehicle Satisfaction Award.
In the 17th Annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards, this is the Challenger's first designation. The Chrysler Town & Country earned its second Best-In-Class Minivan designation for the second time in three years. Finally, the Jeep Grand Cherokee earned its Best-In-Class Mid-Size SUV designation for the third year in a row. Certainly, the Chrysler Group is feeling pretty honored about his right now, as are all of us here at Mitchell Chrysler Dodge RAM.
Reid Bigland, Chrysler Group's Head of U.S. Sales, responded to the awards, stating, "Having three Chrysler Group vehicles earn Best-In-Class Vehicle Satisfaction Awards from AutoPacific is a terrific honor. It's even more meaningful to us as these awards represent the voice of our customers, who continue to acknowledge the quality of and satisfaction with our vehicles."1 And it's true; good customer service and great vehicles makes for great feedback.
If you're ready to join in on the satisfaction, come down to our Simsbury, CT dealership and check out our current lineup. We'll show you around anything that interests you, answer all your questions, and make sure you go home with a smile on your face.
